Why things need to change

 Saint Ronan’s provides a great range of opportunities - academic, artistic, musical and sporting. But too many of these activities rely on the Great Space.

This fantastic room acts as our Sports Hall, our Theatre, our Concert Hall, our Function Room, our Fencing Salle, our Dance Studio, and our Judo Dojo, to name but a few uses.

A typical day might see PE lessons in the morning, followed by play rehearsals over lunch, fencing during Rest, further lessons in the afternoon, a Parents’ Evening later on and then a game of indoor football for the boarders to round it off.

The result is a room which is a Jack of all trades, but a master of none.
