Our estimate of the total project cost is £650,000 excluding VAT.

We have an outline loan agreement with the bank for a loan of £300,000. Neither the Harris Will Trust (our landlords) nor the School has a pot of gold to draw upon; 95% of the School’s income covers our annual operating costs.

This leaves £350,000 to be raised by the Campaign.
