The Benefits

Basketball, badminton, volleyball, five-a-side football, cricket net training or just letting off steam - the activities that children can do in the Sports Hall on wet days, winter evenings and throughout the year will transform sport at Saint Ronan’s.

Once the indoor sports have their permanent home in the new Sports Hall, the Great Space can do what it does best: play host to actors, musicians and dancers as the school provides more opportunities for children to develop their talents.

The stage will be installed on a more permanent basis, as will proper lighting and sound equipment. Orchestras, choirs and actors will be able to rehearse in the room and on the stage where they will perform.

At last, our focus will be fully on helping the children to perform musically, dramatically, and sportingly, and not on organising the many uses over an over-used room.
