The kitchen has won awards for its healthy balanced menus and for its excellent standards of hygiene.  All staff hold current health & safety and food & hygiene certificates and are highly experienced in their line of work.

As a school we endeavour to support the local community.  Food is prepared daily on site. The fruit & vegetables are sourced from the local village greengrocers and the local butcher grazes his stock on the school’s land and supplies the kitchen with organic fresh produce.

Throughout the school year various themed events are held both for the boarders and day pupils with great participation from staff and pupils alike.

We continually move with the times and strive to provide each individual with a healthy balanced diet during their time at Saint Ronan’s.
