Events & Visits
Visiting the School
We are always keen for Old Ronians to drop in to see us. If you happen to be in the area and would like to come in then please feel free. Ideally, let us know in advance, but this is not essential!
Old Ronian Events
We are in the process of putting together a regular pattern of events for Old Ronians. These are an opportunity to reconnect and to reminisce with contemporaries, and to see how the school has developed (and how it has stayed the same!) over the years.
The current programme is as follows:
Biennual drinks party held in London (offers of venues gratefully received!).
Open invitation to come to Saint Ronan’s to watch the Brodie Shield, enjoy a buffet lunch and take a tour of the school. The invitation is open to all ORs, but each event will have a focus of a particular decade.
Founder’s Day is one of the most important events in the school calendar. It is a chance for the children to showcase their talents in Music, Drama and Sport (‘Sports Day’ takes place in the afternoon). ORs are encouraged to attend and will receive invitations in The Ronian magazine at the end of the Spring term.
