Life before Saint Ronan’s.
I graduated from Nottingham Uni in 1994 and then did my PGCE in London. After a short while teaching science at secondary level, I left to work in the pharmaceutical industry. Here I stayed for 13 years, in a variety of roles from International Sales Trainer to Regional Manager. After the birth of my first child, I returned to teaching and have been teaching science at Saint Ronan's ever since.

Roles at School.
I work within the Science department (my specialist area is Biology).

Away from the classroom.
Being a mother to two young boys takes up most of my time but, in the little spare time I do have, I enjoy sewing, baking (and eating!) and most forms of exercise (I recently took part in the Brighton Colour Run). We are a spontaneous family and nothing makes me happier than jumping in the campervan and escaping for the weekend. I have family in France and like to spend the summers touring the Dordogne, staying at vineyards and sampling the produce!
