Mrs Rebecca Gossage

Qualifications:MSc, PGCE, University of Liverpool

Life before Saint Ronan's
After reading Biochemistry at Liverpool University, I became a Teaching Assistant for a Year 1 class which I thoroughly enjoyed. I then completed an MSc in Industrial Biotechnology but missed working with children so I decided to become a teacher and embarked upon a PGCE. After visiting my relatives in Kent, I fell in love with the beautiful countryside and relocated here. My previous schools are St Anselm’s College, Wirral, where I taught Chemistry, and Homewood School, where I was KS5 Science Co-ordinator.

Roles at School
I teach Science to Class 3 and Shell and Biology up to Scholarship level.

Away from the Classroom
I enjoy reading, travelling and learning new languages but best of all spending time with my family. I am currently learning to play the violin and I am hoping (with a bit more practice!) to join the school Orchestra.
